Joining Our Community

Coop housing is not an alternative to "renting" - rather it is an alternative to home ownership. Collectively and cooperatively our members own, manage and maintain our coop.

* If you have already submitted a Member Application and wish to renew it for another 6 months, please use your access code and email below. *

A Little About Us

Our small community consists of 172 units build in 1982. We work together to take care of our community and keep it safe and secure. Our membership is diverse and inclusive. We welcome members from a variety of social, cultural and economic backgrounds and we house singles, seniors and families with small children.
